To Our Customers, Partners, and Friends,
First and foremost, we hope this message finds you and your loved ones healthy and well. We've made friends all around the world these last 40 years, many of whom work in the small business sector; our thoughts and well wishes are with you right now.
We want to keep everyone abreast of the actions our team is taking in response to COVID-19.
Hillsboro Aviation remains open for business. As both an operator and service provider serving the needs of essential functions including aerial firefighting and search and rescue, our operations are deemed essential. The safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and community has been number one since our founding in 1980. To that end, we are following CDC guidelines to the strictest extent possible. This includes disinfecting aircraft, vehicles, and common spaces before and immediately after use.
If you are a customer or partner who had previously-planned visits with a member of our team, we encourage you to consider conducting that business virtually. All employees who are able to work from home are doing so. Of course, the nature of many of our essential operations requires necessary personnel to be on-site. For the safety of our staff and customers alike, we ask that all on-site business includes essential personnel only, and that social distancing is followed to the fullest extent possible.
We will continue to adapt our operations to the evolving guidelines of governments and health authorities around the world. In the meantime, we wish you and your loved ones health and peace during these challenging times.
Regards,
Max, Carol, and the Hillsboro Aviation Team
